Additional stops are quoted from the full route. Proposed standard waiting after included time is 50p per minute; your booking confirmation takes priority.
Airport costs
Drop-off, pickup, parking and terminal-access fees are included only where the quote or confirmation says so. Unplanned parking or extra waiting may be added.
How the fare is calculated
Northline must agree a fare or provide an accurate estimate and record it. The booking system considers the full route, travel time, date, vehicle, passengers, luggage, requested stops and known access costs.
What the quote includes
The quote screen and confirmation should state the journey, vehicle category, payment basis, included waiting and any identified airport or parking charges. Check those details before paying.
Accessibility and assistance
No extra charge is made because a passenger is disabled, for legally required mobility assistance, or for carrying an assistance dog.
Business and SEND fares
Recurring, invoiced, school and SEND routes are individually costed from the schedule, mileage, passenger support, vehicle and continuity requirements. They are not priced from the consumer airport table.
